Merwede – part of the Utrecht Merwede Canal Zone – is a unique part of Utrecht. Sub-area 6 is currently still as an industrial zone and houses a number of offices, however, in future, this area will be developed into an attractive, healthy and sustainable urban district.
Comfortable living in a green urban district: in the near future it’ll be a reality in the former industrial zone between the Europaplein and the A12. We are developing an elegant neighbourhood with a plethora of amenities for residents to be able to live, work and relax. Sub-area 6 forms the final link in the chain of the Merwede Canal zone up to the A12.
