The development of De Pionier Amsterdam is a large-scale mixed-use project in the new urban district of Sloterdijk 1 Zuid, Haven-Stad Amsterdam.

The former business park is being transformed into a vibrant and sustainable inner-city residential and working area. The development comprises more than 70,000 m² GFA, including approximately 475 homes (70% affordable), a supermarket, primary school, hospitality venues, offices, and commercial spaces.

The project invests in a healthy, green, and pleasant living environment. The project will be equipped with WKO (Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage, ATES) and energy-efficient installations, and will align with the municipal green plan.
