Prins & Keizer office complex, Amsterdam

"Flexibility in functionality"

The former ABN AMRO head office on the Vijzelstraat – a beacon in the centre of Amsterdam – was redeveloped by Borghese Real Estate, Keystone Vastgoed and COD. The result is a building with flexible spaces, encompassing some 23,000 m² of LFA for retail, offices, hospitality venues and parking. The project has now been completed and has been let for a long-term period.

As can be expected from an innovative developer like Borghese, sustainability is one of its key priorities. The building has been transformed from an Energy Class G label into Class A as a result of better insulation and selection of a thermal energy storage system. The BREEAM Very Good certification was likewise a key objective, which we subsequently achieved.
