On 30 June 2015 Borghese Real Estate, Keystone Vastgoed and COD received the BREEAM-NL Oplevercertificaat ‘VERY GOOD’ for the office complex “Prins en Keizer’, located on the Vijzelstraat 66-80 in the center of Amsterdam.

During the development and construction (the building is from 1973), much attention was given to sustainability and energy efficiency. The building had initially Energy Label G.
