On 30 June 2015 Borghese Real Estate, Keystone Vastgoed and COD received the BREEAM-NL Oplevercertificaat ‘VERY GOOD’ for the office complex “Prins en Keizer’, located on the Vijzelstraat 66-80 in the center of Amsterdam.
During the development and construction (the building is from 1973), much attention was given to sustainability and energy efficiency. The building had initially Energy Label G. Now the Energy Label A and BREEAM Very Good. This is partly through the use of a proven WKO-installation and better insulated building shell. These earned certification confirms our ambition to redevelop existing buildings and preserve what successful succeeded in this ambitious project. BorgKey Vijzelstraat is in counseling assisted by LBP Sight (Expert) and MAT25 (Assessor).
“Prins en Keizer’ includes over 20,000 m2 v.v.o. office space and approximately 140 parking spaces in the underground parking garage. Uniquely located across from the station Vijzelgracht of the future North-South line. The building is fully and long term leased to Spaces (12,125 sqm), Randstad Nederland (1,300 sqm), Stek Advocaten (1,174 sqm), MIcompany (634 sqm), Booking.Com (4,900 sqm) and Apcoa Parking Nederland (parking operation). In October 2014 this object has been transferred to its new owner.
