Borghese Real Estate and COD have sold Maanplein 32 and Regulusweg 57 in The Hague to a partnership between Albada Jelgersma Real Estate Development (AJRED) and Indigo Invest. Both buildings are part of the redevelopment of Maanplein into a mixed area for living and working and are part of the successful transformation of Binckhorst.
AJRED is mandated to reposition both buildings in the short term to one high-quality and flexible office building of over 19,000 m2 of VVO office space (available from 1,000 m2) with ample parking facilities. Renovation and repositioning work will start in early 2020.
Borghese and COD have already transformed and rented 30,000 m2 GFA office to 266 homes and some commercial spaces and 10,000 m2 office space on Maanplein. In 2020 they will start building another 450 homes in three new-build blocks.
The seller was assisted in the sale by BNP Paribas and CMS. Koper was assisted by CVO Group and Six advocaten.
