Borghese Real Estate has purchased a 2-hectare residential building on the Reinier de Graafweg in Delft. Nadorp Bedrijfsmakelaars, on behalf of the seller ‘Stichting Reinier de Graaf Groep’, supervised the sales process.
Borghese Real Estate has bought the location through a selection procedure and will realize various residential buildings across the new Reinier de Graaf Hospital with a total of 300 to 350 homes. The housing program consists of a mix of social rental housing, free sector rental housing and owner-occupied housing. Parking is largely realized under a living deck. In the plinth of the buildings on the Reinier de Graafweg, which forms the new access point to Delft on the A4, there is room for small offices and facilities.
The houses, both apartments and ground-floor homes, are located in a green, park-like setting that connects to an ecological zone. Therefore the name Bethelpark. This also refers to the name of the former Bethel hospital. The houses are designed to be energy-efficient.
Powerhouse Company and LAP Landscape & Urban Design are responsible for the design, urban development and landscaping.
The expectation is that the realization will start in mid-2019.
