Office complex ‘Prins & Keizer’, Amsterdam

Right in the center of Amsterdam on Vijzelstraat 66-80 is the former head office of ABN AMRO. Borghese Real Estate, Keystone Property and COD have redeveloped this office.

During the development and construction (the building is from 1973), much attention was given to sustainability and energy efficiency. The building had initially Energy Label G. These earned certification confirms our ambition to redevelop existing buildings and preserve what successful succeeded in this ambitious project. BorgKey Vijzelstraat is in counseling assisted by LBP Sight (Expert) and MAT25 (Assessor).

After the renovation, the flexible building will cover approximately 3,000 m² of retail and restaurant space, approximately 20,000 m² of office space and 140 parking spaces.
