The office will change into a mix of features, with a focus on housing. Borghese Real Estate wishes to retain a portion of the building and the unique qualities of the location, such as the height of the terrain and the view from the buil. There will be a unique living environment.
Alderman Economic Affairs Ron König: “The office of the Velperweg in Arnhem is a striking building and also has a very prominent place. It deserves a rapid reallocation and that comes a lot closer now. We are happy about that…”
Borghese Real Estate has completed alongside new developments, earlier successful urban redevelopment projects. Such as the office ‘Prins en Keizer’ in Amsterdam and residential building “In het Noorderlicht ‘ in Utrecht.
In this transaction, the seller was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff and Allen & Overy and the buyer by CMS Derks Star Busmann.
