Residential complex ‘De Hanzen’, Harderwijk

On the former Hardersplazacomplex on the port rail Harderwijk, residential complex De Hanzen wil be developed.

De Hanzen is a residential complex with 108 apartments ranging between 60 m² and 80 m². The houses all have a view of the park.

The chain of homes ensures that the park will have a beautiful ending and the next higher N302 withdrawn from the sight of the Zeebuurt. The apartments wall consists of two parts of four storeys high; in the right-wing mass are 63 spacious apartments, in the left-wing mass are 45 smaller starter apartments.

Because Harderwijk beautifully situated between Veluwe and Veluwemeer, the two masses, each with its own look, have their own theme: forest and water.

The design is by MIES Architecture. The construction work will be performed by Klompenburg Bouw, Nunspeet. The planned completion date is 2019.
