Sale started of project High Park

It’s time; the sale of the apartments in the High Park project, the former ING office on the Velperweg in Arnhem, has started! Since last Saturday, registration has been opened via the project website and the sales documentation can be downloaded from this special residential complex that has been defining the Arnhem skyline since 1968. The total project consists of a mix of 281 rental and owner-occupied apartments of which 78 apartments on the top 5 floors have now been put on sale. We already have many registrations!

The high-quality residential complex was designed by architect Powerhouse Company. Project architect Dirk Jan Schaap speaks of a “special building with generous space, aesthetic elegance and a fantastic excess”. This is reflected, among other things, in the high ceilings of up to 4 meters. In addition, they have succeeded in making the building more sustainable with the use of sustainable energy in the form of a thermal storage installation.

With the start of the sale a unique project comes on the market with a fantastic view. The renovation is now in full swing and completion will take place at the end of 2020. Interested parties can be extensively informed on Thursday 27 June. From 5 pm to 9 pm there is a ‘free walk-in’ at the construction site on Velperweg 47 in Arnhem. Registration will close next Monday at noon (12 o ‘clock in the afternoon). The following week the apartments will be allocated to the lucky buyers.

Maikel Withaar, developer of Borghese: “With the development, this part of the city gets a major upgrade; in addition to unique new apartments, the area is becoming a lot greener and we are creating a new pedestrian connection from the Velperweg to Klarendal.” The sale of the apartments is in the hands of Strijbosch Thunnissen Makelaars and Zigt Makelaars & Hypotheekadvies from Arnhem.
