The office villas on the Laanakkerweg in Vianen have been bought by Westpoort Vastgoed.
It concerns three fully-leased office villas on the business park “De Biezen” in the corner of the A27 and A2, on the Laanakkerweg 2, 6 and 8. The building also includes a building plot where an office villa can be developed. The office villas have a total area of almost 5,000 m². Nedgraphics, Autoscout24 and Cadac Group are located in these buildings.
Westpoort Vastgoed is an investor, developer and manager of a commercial property portfolio consisting of offices, shops, business premises and PDV / GDV locations, including various residential boulevards. The purchase of these buildings fits within the strategy of Westpoort Vastgoed to further expand its existing portfolio in the Netherlands.
The seller is Borghese Real Estate who developed the properties in 2012 and has invested in the past few years. CBRE and CMS acted as advisor on behalf of Borghese.

In addition to new developments, Borghese has realized several successful inner city redevelopment projects.
